Create an account
Start by opening VPNPQ’s account creation page. Set a username and password; no email address is required. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later, and the password to protect your plan, orders, and subscription details. Choose credentials you can remember long term but do not reuse for other important services. Submit the form to enter the user panel. If the page remains on the sign-in screen, use the username and password you just created.
After signing in, check that the top of the page shows your current account rather than a blank account creation form. The user panel is the central place for ordering plans, checking order status, downloading clients, and managing subscription details. If your browser asks whether to save your login information, decide based on how you use the device. On a shared device, sign out when you are finished.
Account details cannot be recovered by email, so record your username and password securely as soon as the account is created. Do not store your password and subscription link in a public document, public code repository, or chat history that others can access. Once your account is ready, choose a plan that matches your usage.
Start FreeChoose the right plan and place your order
On the plans page, first distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. A monthly subscription resets its data allowance each month on the activation date and suits ongoing use. A data package lasts until the allowance is used and never expires, making it suitable for irregular usage. VPNPQ monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data packages include ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Do not compare total data alone; consider how long and how often you expect to use it.
After selecting a plan, the order confirmation page lists the plan name, data allowance, and amount due. Check the details before paying with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. After payment, do not submit the same order repeatedly. Return to the order or account overview first and check its status. Once the plan status updates, the overview usually shows your current subscription, remaining data, and available actions.
When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. If you are unsure about your data needs at first, choose a plan based on your usual activities and monitor actual usage in the user panel. All plans support unlimited devices, but the subscription link remains part of your personal account information and should not be shared publicly. VPNPQ offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the refund policy for eligibility and processing details.
Choose a planGet the subscription link from the panel
Once the plan is active, open the account overview. The current subscription section shows the plan status, data details, and subscription actions. Find the button for copying the subscription link and click it to place the link on your clipboard. Do not open this address in your browser; pass it to the client’s subscription import function instead. Opening the subscription address directly may show only configuration text, which does not mean the configuration is faulty.
The subscription link lets the client read the route configuration VPNPQ provides for your account. It usually contains account-specific identifying information, so protect it like a password. In examples, this guide uses an obvious placeholder such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; this address cannot connect to any service and must not replace the actual link copied from the panel.
If subscription actions do not appear in the overview yet, first check whether the order is complete, then refresh the user panel once. If they still do not appear, submit the order details through the support ticket option in the panel. Do not purchase the same plan again. After copying the link, leave the clipboard unchanged and go to the client downloads page for the client that matches your operating system.

VPNPQ supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Get the client from the downloads page in the user panel rather than searching for installation files on unfamiliar sites. Select your operating system, follow the installation instructions, then return to the client and import the subscription you copied earlier. Icons and menu order vary between clients, but the core process is the same: add the subscription, paste the link, update the configuration, and choose a route.
Windows
On the user panel’s downloads page, choose the Windows client, save it, and complete the installation wizard. When launching it for the first time, if the system asks whether it may create a network connection, confirm that the client was obtained from the VPNPQ panel before granting permission.
Open the subscription or configuration menu in the main interface and choose Add subscription. Paste the clipboard link into the address field. You can name it VPNPQ for easy identification later. Save it, run an update, and wait for the route list to appear. If the list remains empty, copy the link from the panel again and reimport it; do not manually delete or edit the link.
macOS
Get the macOS client from the user panel’s downloads page and move it to the Applications folder. The first time you open it, macOS may ask you to confirm the app’s source and authorize a network extension. Complete the authorization in the system dialog and return to the client. If network-extension authorization is skipped, routes may import successfully but the connection switch may not work properly.
Find subscription management in the menu bar or client window, choose Add subscription, and paste the link. Save it and click Update, then confirm that region and route names appear. The macOS menu bar icon usually provides a quick route-switching option, while full subscription updates and rule settings are generally in the main window. For further permission troubleshooting, see the client environment section of The Complete Guide to AI Tool Access.
Android
Check the user panel’s downloads page for instructions on obtaining the Android client, install it, and open the app. Go to the configuration or subscription page and choose Import from clipboard. If that option is unavailable, choose Add subscription manually and paste the link into the address field. Save it and run an update manually to ensure the client has the latest routes.
When connecting for the first time, the system displays a network-connection authorization prompt. After confirming, the status area should show Connecting or Connected. Some systems apply strict battery-saving rules to background apps, which can pause the connection when you switch to another app. If this happens, allow the client to keep running in the system’s app battery settings; menu names vary by device and operating system.
iOS
First check the iOS client instructions on the VPNPQ user panel’s downloads page, then obtain the applicable client as directed. Open the client, go to its subscription or configuration page, and use Import from clipboard or Add remote configuration to save the subscription link as a new configuration.
When starting the connection for the first time, iOS asks for permission to add a VPN configuration. Complete the system verification and return to the client, select the VPNPQ configuration you just imported, and update the routes. Then choose a target route and turn on the connection. If you change plans or the route list has not updated, return to the subscription page and run a manual update; there is no need to repeatedly delete the system configuration.
After signing in, choose your current platform and follow the installation instructions in the panel.
Connect to a route and verify it works
After the subscription update completes, choose a route whose region matches the service you want to use. For AI tools or long-lived connections, try an IEPL route first. For Netflix or Disney+, choose a region whose route description names the relevant streaming service. For general web access, start with a nearby region. Turn on the client’s connection switch and wait for the status to change to Connected.
After the connection is established, open a familiar webpage to confirm that basic network access works before entering the service you actually need. Verification means more than seeing Connected in the client: the target webpage should open, the app should sign in, and content should load. If the webpage still reflects the previous connection state, close and reopen it, or clear the relevant site’s cache and check again.
After verification, there is no need to change routes frequently. Long-running tasks, video playback, and online collaboration are usually more consistent on one stable route. When changing regions, first pause any upload, meeting, or streaming output, then disconnect the current route and connect to the new region to avoid changing the network exit during an active session.
Common first-connection issues
If the client reports that the subscription update failed, return to the account overview and confirm that the plan is still active, then copy the subscription link again. Do not add spaces, quotation marks, or line breaks when pasting, and do not mistake the example address for a real configuration. Browser extensions can sometimes alter clipboard contents. After repeated failures, sign in to the user panel with another browser and copy the link again.
If routes appear but cannot connect, disconnect first and try another route in the same region. If that still does not work, restart the client and confirm that the system network extension or connection permission has been granted. Do not run multiple similar clients at once: they may take control of the system network configuration simultaneously, causing the connection switch to change repeatedly or webpages to fail to load.
If basic webpages work but a specific AI tool or streaming service still reports a region mismatch, choose a region that matches the target service and reopen the relevant webpage or app. Account, payment, and network regions may each affect how a service evaluates access, and frequent region changes may trigger additional verification. For IP-region detection, long-lived connections, streaming output, and developer-tool configuration, continue with The Complete Guide to AI Tool Access; those advanced settings are outside the scope of this page.
If the order, subscription status, or client options do not match what the panel shows, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Include your operating system, the error shown in the client, the route type selected, and the steps you have already tried. Do not show the full subscription link in ticket screenshots. The more specific the description, the easier it is to determine whether the issue concerns the account, subscription import, system permissions, or route selection.
Keep one stable route
After completing the account, plan, subscription, import, and verification steps, everyday use only requires updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. Read the in-depth guides for route fundamentals and advanced configuration as needed.
